I can understand the reasoning behind it, but everything is up to date on my end and I haven't had a single issue with anything else, which makes me think it's not on the most recent drivers' end either. It is a bit outside of the game scope so there isn't much we can do on our en, this has been the case for pretty much all crashes for the last couple of months, which weren't many. The issue is usually between the graphics card and Unity, but a lot of different things could come into play here. Clean installing the drivers (Uninstall them properly and re-install them) Disabling overclock in any shape or form Updating graphics driver to the latest version or trying to find a stable previous version of your drivers Originally posted by Nomad:crashing related issues, the most common ones, are, in order of more likely to less likely to find a fix, and on a trial and error basis unfortunately: Sidenote as I don't know how bad that issue could be, I really hope you guys manage to fix it. Everything else is just default I'm pretty sure. My settings are on Very High quality and special effects visibility is around 25%. Also last I checked I was lvl182 but I was probably higher when it crashed. I -think- I was in the caves but I honestly don't remember for sure. I went all-in on stack-building to the point I'd build about 1k stacks of each damage-related debuffs within 3seconds. I had 100% crit chance, about 550% crit damage multiplier, not quite sure what the area % was but my Bladestorm and Stomp could both reach further than what I could see. I was on the 4th round of Endless, I was using the Barbarian, I had Stomp, Bladestorm, Flurry, Bloodlust, Scent of Blood and Subdue. I can say what I had been using and see if it's possible to reproduce. If possible, what are the steps to reproduce the issue you experienced: I honestly don't know. Please include a screenshot or video of the issue that you have experienced: I wasn't really able to do that. I can boot up the game, but lost any possible progress. Were you able to recover from the issue: I mean. How did the issue affect your gameplay: It completely crashed the game, making me lose all 4 rounds of progress Which "Game Mode" were you playing when the issue happened? (Endless mode or non endless): Endless Nothing special but I wasn't lagging at all. What are your PC spec?: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-8700 CPU 3.20GHz 3.19 GHz GeForce RTX 2060 16gb DDR4 RAM. I waited a bit as I could still hear my music, and after about 10seconds it came back, everything else was fine, except the game had crashed with a small window that had a small loading bar underneath (maybe crash report being sent? Didn't quite know what to think of that)Īre you playing on a PC or the Steam Deck? Which Operating System are you playing on? ((Windows, Linux (please include the fork), Mac)): PC, Win10 Pro Then I heard my peripheral sounds as if they had been reconnected. VS has 30 minute runs, Spellbook demonslayers has runs ranging from 13/20 minutes to double that or even runs in endless that ive survived for like 2 hours so even if the time reduction makes the games shorter i wont mind as long as its fun.Describe the issue you are experiencing: I had been playing for about an hour or two, didn't really lag at all (I guess I was at the point where I got a bit of a stutter when bosses spawned in but nothing bad) but while I was just walking around killing everything on the map, both my monitors just went black. Still think summons could use a bit of work not refreshing when they dont need too and becoming useless(could maybe add a heal to summoned units that are damaged when cast instead while summoning more only if you arent at the unit cap for the spell though that might be a bit strong).Īs far as time goes, as long as the runs are enjoyable i dont mind them being shorter assuming its not basically impossible to get farther without a perfect build if you want too. one large blast of damage vs a thousand small pings and one large debuff vs a thousand or a million small stacks of a debuff (or ways to combine debuffs into singular new debuffs to prevent having a million stacks of each debuff and just one stack of a new debuff.) well these are some nice potential changes, though as far as performance i still think maybe the option to change multicast into basically a multiplier might help. Posted a comment on the other update then realized this came out.
